• Although this suit is designed for karate but may be used to practice multiple Martial Arts systems such as Qashif Fitness Wears
• Cross over style jacket is also used in some Qashif Fitness Wears classes (please consult your instructor) During training the uniform makes the practitioner feeling comfortable, meeting the requirements of Traditional Karate practicing. An ideal set for entry level students
