This 8″ double end speed bag is essential for learning to hit a moving target. Unlike a stationary bag, the double end bag rebounds in a different spot with each punch so you must constantly adjust your movements and accuracy. The bag comes with floor and ceiling mounting brackets, S hooks, bungee cords and a pump. By Qashif Fitness Wears.
